Frequently asked questions

How quickly will my package be shipped?

Once the order is placed, packages can be expected to ship out anywhere between 1-10 business days. Our processing and packaging time does not include the transition time. The average transit time, through USPS, is 5-7 days. We will contact you if there is a major delay in the processing and packaging time. 

What do I do if my package is lost through USPS?

Unfortunately, once the package is dropped off at a USPS location it is out of our hands. Please contact USPS to file a lost package claim. We do not offer refunds for these situations.

What if my earrings break? Can I get a refund?

Although polymer clay earrings are durable, they do not last forever. We do not offer refunds or free replacements if a product breaks after a period of time and normal use. If a product arrives broken, or breaks within the first few times of wear, please email lilpetuniaco@gmail.com or message Lil Petunia socials so I can further find a solution.

What are reccomended polymer clay earring care instructions?

Store your earrings in a dry place where they will not be in direct sunlight or heat. We do not reccomend showering or swimming with your earrings on. If makeup or dirt gets on the product, take a baby wipe or makeup remover wipe to lightly clean it.

Do you offer custom orders?

At this time we will no longer be offering custom orders, we apologize for any inconvenience.

Do you offer wholesale?
